David began his construction industry career as a labourer, learning all the essential skills to be the successful Supervisor he is today. David grew his skills set through operating various plant and machinery over the course of his career, assisting him with teaching and assisting his fellow workers in improving their own techniques and skills.

As a Supervisor David has been able to pass down all his knowledge and skills, not only in a practical sense but also on how to effectively run a work site and crew.

David is known for his forward thinking and problem solving skills within the workforce, always thinking of a solution to any issue that arises in his projects.
