John Reid


John started his 13-year career in charge of Safety, Security and Supervision of a large demolition contract, involving the dismantling of a Gold CIP processing facilities in the Goldfields.

Continuing from there providing OHS Services to a wide range of organisations including open pit and mineral sands mining contractors, engineering, maintenance organisations and transport providers on behalf of a consultancy firm.

John has then continued his career with a long term appointment of OHS Manager with a predominant transport company with mining haulage and civil contracts ranging form the Pilbara, Gascoyne, Mid-west and Goldfields regions. Johns has had involvement in Transafe, MWIRSA and the introduction of many safety initiatives, and has assisted in the promotion of the organisation profile in the mining and transportation industries.

John has an all round perspective of integrating OHS Systems into practical environments and his key tasks as the HSEQ Officer at Geographe Civil are:
