Phillip Rowley


Phillip started his career working for an engineering consultancy, predominantly in the subdivision industry in Geraldton, Phillip has been employed by local Councils working on infrastructure projects since 2007, including;

  •  Subdivision road, retaining wall, water main, sewer main and drainage design;

  • Subdivision construction contract administration;

  • Road construction supervision;

  • Drainage construction supervision; and

  • Public open space construction supervision.

While employed in Local Government, Phillip was heavily involved in rural road reconstruction, urban resealing projects; supervision of subdivision road, drainage and landscaping construction; superintending large public open space contracts, superintending stormwater pump station construction, large scale infill drainage contract administration and cycleway construction supervision.


Phillip has his qualification in;

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Key Attributes:

As a Project Manager and Civil Engineer with Geographe Civil, Phillip is responsible for submitting tenders for advertised works; assisting the project team in the delivery of awarded contracts; ensuring the construction works meet the expectations of clients; and general contract administration.
