Peter Andersen is currently a Supervisor with Geographe Civil. He has been with Geographe Civil for the past 4 years, supervising on various projects from Sewer Infill to Dam construction. Currently he is the Supervisor on the $70 million Cleanaway Refuge Cell project in Dardanup WA.
Peter has over 40 years experience working on mine sites, construction sites, development sites and many other projects controlling plant and people. While always taking a leadership role, he has maintained his hands-on operating experience through productive teaching and demonstration.
In every project Peter has shown competency in his role with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Peter has had to deliver these outcomes while maintaining the company Safety policies and communicating between his workforce, management and clients.
Peter in competent in not only operating but teaching the operation of the following:
Excavators 1.6t to 80t (ticketed)
Bulldozers up to D10 (ticketed)
Bobcats and Loaders up to 968 (ticketed)
Compaction and testing
All relevant construction cars and inductions
Peter is well known for being able to think outside the square to provide solutions to the many problems that inevitably happen during any civil project.
He is not one to say it can’t be done, through planning and innovation he always delivers, provided people and plant are not placed in any danger.
He can manage the objectives of Workforce, Clients, Engineers and Management while maintaining production.
